(this service should be done annually regardless of engine hours) Change engine oil and filter, Change gearcase oil, Check fuel filters for the presence of water and other contaminants replace as required, Lubricate prop shaft splines, Check anodes, Tighten gimbal ring fasteners, Clean flame arrestor check PCV valve, Lubricate grease zerks, Install quickleen fuel system cleaner in fuel tank
(this service should be done every 3 years regardless of engine hours) All service included with 100 hour service, Remove drive unit and inspect driveshaft (grease u joints if required) inspect gimbal bearing and bellows check engine alignment (alignment adjustment at additional cost), Replace water pump impeller, Inspect belts and hoses, Inspect exhaust components.
(service should be done annually regardless of actual engine hours) Change engine oil and filter, Change gearcase oil, Check Engine mounted low pressure fuel filter for presence of water/contaminants , replace as required, Lubricate prop shaft splines, Inspect thermostat, Check outboard transom mounting fasteners, Check corrosion control anodes, Add Quickleen fuel system cleaner to fuel tank, Lubricate Grease zerk fittings (tilt tube, swivel shaft, etc)
(service should be done every 3 years regardless of actual engine hours) All service included with 100 hour service, Check power trim fluid, Replace water pump impeller, Lubricate upper drive shaft splines, Replace alternator drive belt, Replace spark plugs
Check for water intrusion, check and fill all fluids, clean and reconnect all batteries, ETC. (All fluids are extra)
Drain water from all manifold and block plugs as required, Drain sea water pump, Drain all external engine coolers, Remove all hoses necessary to ensure proper water drainage from engine, Pour fuel stabilizer in gas tank, Fog engine (excludes catalyst engines) *Winterization of all other items beyond the engine will be charged at an hourly rate.*
Pour fuel stabilizer in fuel tank, Fog internal engine components with storage seal (typically through spark plug holes), Check gearcase for water, Disconnect batteries.
For slip holders, we will launch the boat for you and place in your seasonal slip.

Step 4: Once Service is completed, we will email the invoice over to the email provided.
