Keep your toys on the playground! Maximize your time on the water with a convenient outdoor storage at Strawberry Bay or our 3 other locations on Strawberry Reservoir.

Available for monthly rental, dry storage allows you to keep your toys close and avoid the stress of pulling your boat up the canyon. We also offer INDOOR STORAGE as well as our outdoor storage.

Outdoor Storage

* Outdoor Dry Storage is FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE. We do NOT take reservations for outdoor storage!! Call or text us at 435-503-3292 to confirm availability. Billing is a month to month lease. Cards on file are required and, will be automatically charged on the 1st of each month, until lease is terminated.

* When you store with Strawberry Bay Marina, you receive 2 parking/launch passes that will be valid for the season.

$170/per month

Indoor Storage

*Summer Season: Indoor Storage in the summer is first come, first serve, with full access to your equipment. We typically do not fill up in the summer season, May 1st- Oct 31st, but can come and go anytime within those months. Billing is a month to month lease. Cards on file are require and, will be automatically charged on the 1st of each month, until lease is terminated.

$10.00 linear ft / per month

*Winter Season: Indoor winter storage is available by reservation only and space is limited. Winter Seasonal Storage runs November through May and is charged at a seasonal rate of $70 per linear foot for the full season.

Winter Seasonal Storage is a full-season commitment and is not month-to-month storage. Customers are responsible for the full seasonal balance regardless of when their boat/equipment is moved from indoor storage. The seasonal rate will not be prorated if equipment is moved outdoors before the end of the season.

Payment options include: payment in full, 7 equal automatic monthly installments toward the seasonal balance, or a 12-month Year-Round Payment Plan for qualifying customers with both Winter Seasonal Storage and a Seasonal Slip.

Please note: There is NO ACCESS to boats or equipment stored indoors from November 1 through April 30. These dates are weather dependent and may be extended or adjusted based on conditions.

* When you store with Strawberry Bay Marina, you receive 2 parking/launch passes that will be valid for the season.

Includes water, sewer, and 50 amp electricity

*These are seasonal spots that go from Memorial Day weekend – October 20th but are billed monthly.
Card on file is required and will be automatically charged on the 1st of each month.
